  • Is my information safe?

    Your information is saved in a secure, private location which only you and the Canberra International Riesling Challenge organisers can access. You can access your information at any time using your email address and password.

    Your Password can consist of a maximum of 20 characters (ideally a combination of numbers and letters)

  • How do I enter my wines?

     Initially you need to register with our online system. You click on register then complete the log in details which include your email address, your own pin and your personal and contact details.

  • Do I have to complete my entry in one session?

    No. All your entry information will be saved and you can return at any time. Your information will not be passed onto the Canberra International Riesling Challenge until you have completed your entry by making a payment online, or indicated you will be making a bank transfer payment if based in Australia.

  • Can I still enter my wines using paper forms and the post?

  • How do I know which classes to enter my wine in?

     When you are entering your wines online the class will be generated automatically based on your region, vintage and sugar G/Ltr. A list of classes is available by clicking on the Classes link above.

  • I am having problems completing my online entry. Where can I get help?

    You can seek assistance by sending an email to admin@australianwineshows.com or by contacting the show organiser direct via the contact details supplied on this website.

    This online entry system was developed by On2it Consulting Pty Ltd which operates the service on behalf of the Canberra International Riesling Challenge.

  • What is the Canberra International Riesling Challenge refund policy for the online entries?

    It is exactly the same as if you entry was sent in by post.

  • If I have completed my entries including making payment can I subsequently make additional entries?

    Yes. All you need to do is use your email and pin number to access the system and complete your additional entries.

    Click on the link "Lost or forgotten your password or email address" then enter your email address and your pin will be sent to you in an email.

  • Will I get a receipt when I complete my payment for my entries?

    All online credit card payments for the Canberra International Riesling Challenge are handled securely by PayPal and you will receive a receipt on the screen, and by email, upon payment. With Paypal you can pay by credit card. If you are from Australia you can also pay for your entries by making a direct deposit from you bank account or by posting a cheque. However, if you pay by bank transfer or cheque a receipt will not be issued by the Canberra International Riesling Challenge until they have received the payment in their bank account.
