Is my information safe?
Your information is saved in a secure, private area which only you and the 2009 Riverina Wine Show organisers can access. You can access your information at any time using your email address and PIN.

How do I choose my PIN?
Your PIN can consist of a maximum of 20 characters (ideally a combination of numbers and letters).

How do I enter my wines?
Initially you need to register with our online system.
You click on register then complete the log in details which include your email address, your own pin and your personal and contact details. The fields with a red asterisk are required to be completed.

Do I have to complete my entry in one session?
No. All your entry information will be saved and you can return at any time. Your information will not be passed onto the 2010 Riverina Wine Show organisers until you have completed your entry by making a payment online, or indicated you will be making a bank transfer payment.

Can I still enter my wines using paper forms and the post?
Yes. To download paper forms go to http://www.riverina-winemakers.org.au/wineshow.htm.

How do I know which classes to enter my wine in?
To ensure you have the right class information you need view the options in the drop down menu during the entry process. When you are entering your wines online you have to select the class for your wine from a list of all the classes.

Who developed the 2010 Riverina Wine Show online entry system?
This online entry system was developed by On2it Consulting Pty Ltd which operates the service on behalf of the Riverina Winemakers Association.

Can I enter my wines in other shows or competitions using this system?
Yes. As long as the show you would like to enter is using this system for their show. If you would like to use this system to make entries at other shows we suggest you contact the show's organisers and recommend they use it. You can also send an email to admin@australianwineshows.com and we will follow it up as well.

What is the 2010 Riverina Wine Show refund policy for online entries?
It is exactly the same as if you entry was sent in by post.

If I have completed my entries including making payment can I subsequently make additional entries?
Yes. All you need to do is use your email and pin number to access the system and complete your additional entries.

I have forgotten my pin number and I want to access my entry information.
Click on the link "Lost or forgotten your password or email address" then enter your email address and your pin will be sent to you in an email.

Will I get a receipt when I complete my payment for my entries?
All online credit card payments for the 2010 Riverina Wine Show are handled securely by PayPal and you will receive a receipt on the screen, and by email, upon payment. With Paypal you can pay by credit card. You can also pay for your entries by making a direct deposit from you bank account. However, if you pay by bank transfer a receipt will not be issued by the 2010 Riverina Wine Show until they have received the payment in their bank account.
